Major Depressive Disorder
A double-blind clinical study with an equal chance of receiving investigational medication or placebo.
Who May Qualify
Adults ages 18–64 diagnosed with major depressive disorder who are currently experiencing moderate to severe depression.
Additional eligibility criteria apply.
Study Duration
Up to 14 weeks, including screening, 6 weeks of treatment, and follow-up visits.

Treatment-Resistant Depression
A clinical study with an equal chance of receiving investigational medication or placebo.
Who May Qualify
Adults 18 and older with moderate to severe depression who have not responded to at least two antidepressant treatments.
Additional criteria apply.

12 weeks, with a possible extension.

Bipolar Depression

Who May Qualify
Adults ages 18–74 with bipolar I or II disorder currently experiencing moderate to severe depression.

Irritability Associated With Autism
A double-blind clinical study evaluating investigational medication compared with placebo for irritability associated with autism.
Who May Qualify
Children and teens ages 5–17 diagnosed with autism who experience irritability.

Approximately 8 weeks of treatment, plus screening and follow-up visits, with a possible extension.
